In his greetings on the occasion of Ram Navami on Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated, “Ayodhya is in immense joy” and that the city was commemorating Lord Ram’s birth anniversary following the Pran Pratishtha ritual.
On January 22, following the Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the Ram Temple, Ayodhya is celebrating its inaugural Ram Navami.
“The first Ram Navami after the Pran Pratishtha in Ayodhya is a generational milestone, weaving together centuries of devotion with a new era of hope and progress,” stated Prime Minister Modi in a post on X. For this day, crores of Indians have been waiting. Many people gave their lives in service of this holy cause.”
“May the blessings of Prabhu Shri Ram always remain upon us and guide our paths towards righteousness and peace, illuminating our lives with wisdom and courage,” he declared.
“I have full faith that Maryada Purushottam Lord Shri Ram’s life and his ideals will become a strong basis for building a developed India,” the prime minister added. With his blessings, Aatmanirbhar Bharat’s resolve would be strengthened.”
Amit Shah, the Union Home Minister, greeted everyone as well. On X, he exclaimed, “Jai Shri Ram! On X, a prominent BJP leader tweeted, “Best wishes to everyone on the holy festival of Ram Navami.”
“Maryada Purushottam Lord Ram’s life serves as a symbol of the fight for social welfare, fairness, and individual dignity. Through his life, the Lord set an exemplary standard for selflessness in the service of religion and truth, and he led the world for aeons. All Ram believers take great delight in commemorating the Lord’s birth anniversary this year in the temple where he was born, after 500 years apart. Amit Shah prayed to God for the well-being of all people.
