On Wednesday, the Indian Air Force targeted terrorists’ locations without entering Pakistani airspace. Around 1.44 a.m., the Indian strikes began, completely surprising the Pakistani military.
According to a statement from the defense ministry, no Pakistani army installation was targeted during Wednesday’s strikes in order to prevent further escalation of tensions.
Indian strikes have targeted the terrorists’ locations in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), including Muridke near Lahore, Bahawalpur, Kotli, and Muzaffarabad.
The infrastructure used by terrorists to organize and direct operations against India was the objective of the attacks. At 1.44 a.m., the Press Information Bureau (PIB) published a press release stating that the Indian Armed Forces had attacked nine sites in all during “Operation Sindoor.”
Fourteen days after the terrorist assault in the Pahalgam tourist resort of Baisaran, where suspects are thought to have ties to Pakistan, there was “Operation Sindoor.”
Masood Azhar, the chief commander of the Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), and other senior commanders of the group used to hide inside the JeM headquarters in Muridke and Bhawalpur.
According to reports, Muzaffarabad City in PoJK, where several terrorist organizations have established their training camps and launch platforms, witnessed several loud explosions.
The blasts caused Muzaffarabad’s power to go out. In addition to Muzaffarabad, Kotli has terror infrastructure, such as launch pads and training grounds.
