PM Modi thanks President Murmu for the birthday greetings, saying he is dedicated to creating a powerful India

On Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed gratitude to President Droupadi Murmu for the birthday greetings and stated that the government is dedicated to creating a “strong” and “self-reliant” India with the help of its citizens.

“Thank you very much for your best wishes and gratitude to President Droupadi Murmu,” PM Modi wrote in a post on X. We shall continue to be committed to creating a powerful, capable, and independent India with the love and support of our 140 crore fellow people. Your ideas and goals are really motivating for us in this regard.”

President Murmu praised PM Modi’s “extraordinary leadership” and wished him a happy 75th birthday earlier in the day.

“Best wishes and warmest birthday greetings to India’s Prime Minister, Narendra Modi,” the President wrote in a message posted on X. Through your exceptional leadership, you have set an example of the highest form of hard work and fostered a culture of attaining lofty objectives across the nation.

She added that the international world as well as the country have come to trust PM Modi’s leadership.

“The world community is also demonstrating its faith in your leadership today. I want God to keep you happy and well forever and to use your special leadership to propel the country to new heights of development,” the president continued.

With a flurry of greetings and accolades from political leaders across, the prime minister’s 75th birthday has turned into a national holiday.

Prime Minister Modi will visit Bhainsola village in Dhar district, Madhya Pradesh, on his birthday. There, he will lay the foundation stone for India’s first PM MITRA (Mega Integrated Textile Region and Apparel) Park, which is a significant step in advancing the state’s textile industry.

Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar’ (Healthy Women, Empowered Families) and the eighth Rashtriya Poshan Maah (National Nutrition Month) are two significant national initiatives that Prime Minister Modi will also introduce during his visit to improve the nation’s nutrition and health services, especially for women, children, and adolescents.

India’s largest-ever health outreach campaign will take place from September 17 to October 2, with over one lakh health camps spread around the nation.

In addition to screening for non-communicable diseases, anemia, tuberculosis, and sickle cell disease, these camps will offer women-focused preventive, promotional, and curative health services, such as health examinations for mothers and adolescents, vaccinations, and dietary counseling.

Public and private healthcare facilities will mobilize specialized services in psychiatry, ENT, dermatology, pediatrics, gynecology, and more. Additionally, blood drives will be held all throughout the country. Donors will register through the e-Raktkosh portal and interact with the campaign via the MyGov platform.
