In an effort to increase investment and highlight the state’s industrial potential, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive in Greater Noida on Thursday morning to open the third edition of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show.
Intricate preparations have been made for the Prime Minister’s visit, according to a statement released by the district administration and police on Wednesday.
A four-tiered security perimeter has been established, according to Noida Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh, with extra measures at district borders to guard against any oversights.
According to her, around 5,000 personnel have been sent for the visit, including paramilitary forces, traffic police, women’s police, intelligence units, and special commandos.
The Expo Mart site, where the event will be held, has been made more secure. CCTV and drones will be used to keep an eye on everything that happens there.
To reduce congestion, traffic has been rerouted, and visitor-only parking spaces have been established.
Leading industrial companies, entrepreneurs, and investors from all over the nation are anticipated to attend the trade event, which is in line with the Make in India, Vocal for Local, and Aatmanirbhar Bharat visions.
The five-day event is expected to draw new investments, generate employment, and raise Uttar Pradesh’s industrial prominence, according to officials.
With thousands of exhibitors, international buyers, industry experts, legislators, and business professionals in attendance, this year’s event is expected to be larger than previous years.
The goal of the UP International Trade Show, which runs through September 29, is to highlight the state’s expanding industrial might and investment prospects.
PM Modi will visit Banswara, Rajasthan, later today to lay the groundwork and officially open development projects valued at Rs 1.08 lakh crore.
The 2,800 MW Mahi Banswara Nuclear Power Project, which is anticipated to be a key component in bolstering India’s energy sector, would be the centerpiece.
