I hope everyone has happiness and prosperity: PM Modi and President Murmu wish everyone a happy Diwali

In their Diwali wishes, President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished everyone pleasure and success on Monday.

The spiritual triumph of Dharma over Adharma, light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance is symbolized by Diwali, also known as the festival of lights. People all around the nation commemorate it with tremendous fervor, lighting candles and diyas and praying to Lord Lakshmi.

“On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, I extend my heartfelt greetings and best wishes to all Indians, both in India and across the world,” President Murmu stated in a statement.

“The auspicious occasion of Diwali, which is celebrated with great fervor throughout the nation, conveys the message of brotherhood and affection for one another. The goddess of wealth and prosperity, Goddess Lakshmi, is worshipped by followers on this day,” she stated.

An “opportunity to help and support the deprived and the needy, and to bring joy in their lives,” the President added, this holiday of joy is also “an occasion for self-reflection and self-improvement.”

“I implore everyone to celebrate Diwali in a way that is ecologically sustainable, responsible, and safe. “May everyone have joy, peace, and prosperity this Diwali,” she continued.

Additionally, PM Modi wished everyone a happy Diwali on social media.

“Greetings on this Diwali occasion. May this festival of lights bring peace, joy, and prosperity into our lives. In an X post, he wrote, “May the spirit of positivity prevail all around us.”

“Heartfelt Diwali greetings to all on this festival of lights and joy,” wrote Union Home Minister Amit Shah on X in a message to his fellow citizens. I ask Lord Shri Ram for everyone’s well-being and prosperity.

On X, Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda wrote: “I wish all of my fellow citizens a very happy Alok Purb Diwali. I wish you a happy, prosperous, and auspicious life on this holy day of Deepotsav, and may the light of wisdom shine on everyone’s life and drive out the darkness of ignorance.”

“I ask Mother Mahalakshmi Ji to grant everyone health, happiness, and prosperity. “Happy Diwali!” he continued.
